Wacca Wache Marina SC to Barefoot Marina SC

We departed Wacca Wache Marina South Carolina at 9:45 AM. We arrived at Barefoot Marina near Myrtle Beach South Carolina at about 4:30.

Paul's wife drove from their home in Charlotte North Carolina to Wacca Wache Marina in South Carolina. She joined us for the trip to Barefoot Marina. Paul was hoping to entice her to share more boating with him.

When we arrive at Barefoot Marina, Paul took an Uber to pick up her car which we left at Wacca Wache Marina. It took Paul about 2 hours to retrieve the car.

I took an Uber to a nearby plumbing supply store to purchase a replacement cartridge for the galley sink. The galley sink water flow was poor and all my attempts to improve the water flow had failed. I could not find a replacement kitchen faucet cartridge, so I purchased a new kitchen faucet. The manager of the plumbing supply store recommended a Delta kitchen faucet he had installed in his home. I purchased one just like his, but in stainless steel. That afternoon and evening I installed the new faucet. It was relatively easy, but it required another Uber trip to Home Depot to purchase plumbing fittings. The new faucet fixed the galley sink water flow problem.

Paul and his wife spent the night at a nearby hotel. I stayed on the boat.
