Saturday January 11 to Tuesday January 21 2014 : La Paz, Baja California del Sur

As soon as I completed the Ham test at noon on Saturday, I returned to the marina to help my friend Jim take his boat “Kanga” from Palmira Marina in La Paz to La Cruz Marina in Banderas Bay on the Mexican mainland. Jim’s partner does not like to make ocean passages, so I volunteered to help Jim move his boat while his partner was visiting California.
